No dance experience needed and open to all aged 14+.
Inspired by ancient Goddess dance ad practices, and teamed with traditional as well as modern energy healing techniques, this class will help you get grounded, find calm and connect to source in order to heal your body body, mind and soul.
Please wear clothes that will allow you to move freely and bring water as well as a yoga mat or towel for the relaxation and guided meditation at the end of the session.
