Based on Latin/Ballroom/Charleston & World Dance, these classes are designed to get you moving, building confidence and experience the joy of dance.

Classes are danced solo – no partnering.

Levels Explained

Foundations: For absolute winners who haven’t danced before or with little experience, or anyone wanting to go over the basics.

Open Level: More challenging steps and timings. Ideal for those comfortable with basic steps and choreography.

 

What to expect?

Having competed and performed Ballroom and Latin for over a decade, I love sharing my knowledge of dance, and you don’t need a partner to learn the steps.

All my classes are designed to help you grow your coordination, flexibility and confidence in an inclusive and fun atmosphere.

Please wear clothes that will allow you to move freely, suitable dance shoes and bring a bottle of water with you too.
