New intensive online course starting 3rd September, 2024. Tuesday evenings from 8:00 – 9:30 pm UK time every 2 weeks via Zoom. Dates (subject to change) are: 3 September, 17 September, 1 October, 15 October, and 5 November.

This Dance Development Course is all about performing, mastering folklore styles, stagecraft, creating choreographies, improvising with ease and not least dancing with unapologetic joy.
It’s unique as it creates a safe space where students can learn, experiment and develop not only their technique but also their understanding of the music, history and culture, performance aspects as well as improvisations skills. We also work deeply with mindset to empower you to be and perform your best regardless of location and outer circumstances.
This term we will work in-depth with understanding Egyptian folklore styles in a way that will also allow personal interpretation and performance style.
Class take place approximately every 2 weeks allowing you to focus on the assigned homework between the live sessions. Recordings will ensure you never miss a thing.
There will be group work as well as individual feedback within the classes to ensure you gain the most from the learning experience.
Time: Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:30pm, approximately every 2 weeks, allowing you to integrate your learning in-between sessions, as well as complete homework.

Level: Improver to Advanced, places strictly limited
Price: £95 for 5 x 90-minute classes
Each live class will be packed with information and you will therefore get 6 months access to the recordings so you can keep revisiting, reworking and refining your dance.
Expect lots of personal feedback and attention, as well as a deeply nurturing class atmosphere to help you develop and take your dance to the next level.
The course has been designed to inform your dance indefinitely going forwards, and you are encouraged to dedicate the time to practise and revise between sessions to gain the most of this dance transformative experience.
