Take your dance to the next level by developing your own unique expression, musical interpretation and stage presence. In our 5 bi-weekly live sessions, each 90 minutes long, we will work intensely on techniques related to core control, music interpretation, personal expression, performance and much more. We will work in groups as well individually developing our performance technique, and the class will offer a safe, inclusive and nurturing space for you to develop as a dancer.

Each live class will be packed with information and you will therefore get 6 months access to the recordings so you can keep revisiting, reworking and refining your dance.

Expect lots of personal feedback and attention, as well as home work, to allow you to develop a regular practise and learn with and from your fellow course participants.

The course has been designed to inform your dance indefinitely going forwards, and you are encouraged to dedicate the time to practise and revise between sessions to gain the most of this dance transformative experience.

Due to the high level of attention and individual feedback this course is strictly limited in capacity to ensure the best possible learning experience. Places will be allocated on a come first, first serve basis.
