You are expected to have an understanding of anatomy to join the course.  We recommend our ‘Level 1 Teaching course‘ which covers anatomy and the dancer.  In this course we look at how your body changes through pregnancy and how that can impact our dance.

This course is certified by BDN – to gain our certification you must achieve 80% in the final test.
