Surrey & South London Bellydance Show

I am delighted to present this new event on Sunday 19th of May 2-5pm and I hope you’ll join us.

Our venue is the Vera Fletcher Hall & Theatre, 4 Embercourt, Thames Ditton, KT7 0LQ which is a short 5-minute walk from Thames Ditton Train Station. Free parking is also available on the neighbouring streets.

Think ‘Hafla at the Hall’ but set in a beautiful community theatre with a professional stage.

It may sound fancy, but the atmosphere will still be relaxed and very inclusive, as we welcome professional as well as student dancers to the stage, to celebrate the beauty and joy of dance.

Please note, we operate a ‘dancers, family and close friends’ only policy meaning this event is not open to the general public, as we want it to be a safe and inclusive space for students as well as more experienced performers to share their love of dancing, network and explore artistic inspiration.

About the show

Doors will open to the public at 1:45 pm, whilst performers will have access to the changing rooms from 1:30pm.

The show itself will start at 2:00 pm with student dancers performing in the first half.

After a short interval the experienced dancers will take to the stage.

The event will finish with a big bellydance disco and everyone is invited to join the fun on the dance floor. Estimated finish will be 4:30 pm.
