Join me for a new min-series of my advanced workshop dance classes this Autumn.
The workshops are aimed at improver to advanced bellydancers, who would like to develop their technique across various styles, as well as overall performance skills and dance flow.
Each session will be taught as a stand alone 2 hour workshop consisting of a core strengthening warm up, dance stretches, isolations and technique drills, which will all be combined into a mini choreography or combination at the end. There will also be individual feedback, group exercises and a cool down. See the full schedule below.
We dance in the lovely bright and mirrored first floor studio at the River Bourne Health Club in Chertey (Heriot Road, KT13 9DR) from 11:30am-1:30pm. How to find us
