New website – new ways to learn

Hurray – I am so excited to finally be launching my new website, which I have been developing for the past many months.

The main reason I wanted a new website was to allow me to share my multimedia content more easily with people like you. Online learning has become a big feature of the internet, and although I still strongly believe that everyone needs some 1-2-1 tuition, especially when taking up a new dance form, I also want to share my knowledge and expertise to those of you who may not be able to see me in person or set up an online coaching appointment.

Discover how you can work with me on a 1-2-1 level via Skype here.

My old website was also getting a bit dated, with limited options for displaying all my photos and videos, so even more reason to re-launch my web presence. It also gave me the opportunity to re-vamp my blog – or should I say vlog, because it’s all about videos these days!

Below you can see my first video on why belly dancing is so wonderful that I think everyone should give it a go. I shot it last year and it was really an experiment that I learned a lot from. Now I certainly know how to improve my future videos…

In my other videos I have been moving a bit more, and you can check them out on my YouTube channel. Soon some free pre-recorded dance classes will also be added.

If you’re not already on my mailing list, then you can sign up here, and that way you’ll never miss another update – whether it’s in video ‘vlog’ or written form.

I hope you’ll find plenty of inspiration, tips and knowledge here to accompany you on your dance journey, whether it has only just begun, or you have been on it for several decades like me.

Please use the comments section below to let me know what you’d like me to explore more in the coming month, so this blog can become the valuable resource centre that I’m hoping it will be for dancers of various disciplines.

Happy dancing, learning and growing your own dance potential.

Xx
